The Israeli Horse Riding Federation and the Cyclists' Association have joined the "Horses, People and Nature" organization and the Lower Galilee Regional Council for the purpose of establishing a national Olympic horse riding park that will offer, inter alia, to the general public and to groups with needs, a variety of leisure activities in the field of horses and bicycles as well as in many other fields.
The park covers an area of about 150,000 square meters and is located near the Kadouri Agricultural School in the Lower Galilee.
The main building, of a floor area of approximately 14,000 square meters, contains, on various levels, an Olympic riding arena with 3,300 seats, a public lobby center, logistics offices, a tourism center, a national horse center and a regional bicycle club.
In addition, the park has an open Olympic riding arena with 1,200 seats, an Olympic BMX riding track with 1,500 seats, a therapeutic riding facility, a center for youth at risk, a "bike for all" club, a leisure and recreation park, an extreme sports park, stables, camping sites, play and fitness facilities and parking for private vehicles, buses and horse-drawn carriages.
The facility was designed in accordance with EFI standards and the Olympic standards for national and international competitions.
