As part of the MACH/381 plan to open the northern employment area at the Atlit city gate, a commercial and employment center is planned. The commercial ground floor is combined with a pedestrian-friendly internal boulevard connecting the employment park to the north and Nahal Oren Park to the south, a central parking lot and 4 employment buildings at the corners of the commercial center. Due to the proximity to Nahal Oren Park, the project aims to enable 360 foot traffic and maximize active facades. The planning of the project incorporates a local EIA and also in the planning of a district EIA (on the entire southern complex adjacent to Nahal Oren) to maximize rights and adapt the planning to our times.
