Evacuation and construction project near a light rail station.
Due to a significant expropriation of land for the needs of the light rail train and in order to crowd and adapt to the expected urban nature in the city of Holon, an evacuation of 116 residential units was planned and the construction of a complex that includes 350 residential units; a public floor; and a commercial floor.
The residences themselves were designed with a combination of affordable housing in textured construction and larger apartments in 2 towers.
